We all love our volunteers, but what happens when a working relationship heads for the South Pole?
Bill will provide tools to help us deal with difficult volunteers and craft difficult conversations, including those for when it's time to let a volunteer go.

Speaker: Bill Wittich ~ Speaker, consultant and coach in the field of leadership, motivation,and non-profit management. As a former educator, Bill loves to share his knowledge while encouraging participants to share their concerns and experience.
