They are asking "Where will I serve?" And because of social media, they want to do so rapidly. Attend this workshop and find out what a faith-based organization and a city government have learned from each other. How to recruit and on-boarding for quicker results leading to engagement. Simple changes that will assist you to attract, make an enjoyable experience and employ new volunteers.
