DOVIA's membership is comprised of organizations and individuals in the volunteer community. Memberships are valid for two years. Those who join in the middle of the two year membership period, the membership fee is pro-rated. Please complete the application below and mail your membership check; please note DOVIA does not accept credit card payment at this time.
