START THINKNG ABOUT OUR AWARDS PROGRAM!!  We recognize Volunteers, Volunteer Managers and Volunteer Programs each Spring (historically MAY).  Nominations are due early April 2025. Save the date for our Awards Ceremony in May 20245. Our May 2024 ceremony was hosted by Girl Scouts Heart of Central California.   Thank you to Interim Healthcare Hospice and Big Day of Giving (BDOG) donations for the financial support and the Messenger Publishing Group for the in-kind contributions.

WE ARE CALLING FOR TRAINERS  Click this link for our proposal instructions.  We  schedule our training programs by quarter, letting us advertise our programs as early as possible.  Be sure we received your proposal, follow-up with an email to education@doviasacramento.org.  If you are interested in teaching your peers, this is a safe place to practice.

DOVIA SACRAMENTO BOARD AND COMMITTEE OPENINGS  Our organization is always growing and we are looking for a variety of board and committee positions.  If you are interested in learning more about serving as a DOVIA Sacramento Board or Committee member click here. Ask us about short-term projects as well.

DOVIA SACRAMENTO EVENTS We offer at least one monthly training opportunity, Meet Up or special event. Save these times and dates on your calendars and look for event invitations in your emails and social media feeds. Non-members will pay a small registration fee for monthly trainings.  We participate in the AL!VE Volunteer Managers Conference each Fall as a full-day virtual fee-based event.
