Amy Pinger is a nonprofit leader with more than 20 years of experience in volunteer engagement, national service, and organizational change. She has spent over a decade advancing strategic volunteer engagement, including leading multiple organizations through Service Enterprise accreditation—the national standard for effectively leveraging volunteers to build capacity and increase impact.

Amy holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Leadership and is both a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) and Certified in Volunteer Administrator (CVA). She serves on the national board of the Association of Leaders in Volunteer Engagement (AL!VE) and has been a Governor-appointed Commissioner for the Kansas Volunteer Commission for more than ten years.
