This virtual training focuses on building, cultivating, and sustaining meaningful relationships as the foundation of delivering a high‑quality experience for everyone involved. No matter their reporting location. Participants will explore practical strategies for strengthening connections and maintaining supportive interactions in a multiple site environment. By centering relationships as the anchor of effective collaboration, this session empowers participants to create inclusive, positive, and productive experiences that elevate the quality of service and engagement for all.

Troy Selvey

Troy Selvey, comes to the work as a coach, educator, and systems leader. A Compassionate Systems Awareness Master Practitioner, Certified Gallup Strengths Coach, and WRP Fellowship alumnus, Troy blends emotional intelligence, equity, and leadership to help educators and youth thrive with compassion, purpose, and connection—cultivating growth that leads to meaningful, systemic change.

Troy received his Bachelor of Arts in Organization Communications from California State University Sacramento where he played on the Men’s Basketball team. He also received his  Master’s degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University of Irvine.
